“IT’S COMING … AGAIN!” Henry County-Based Ministry To Host Its Second Ladies’ Retreat
Paris, TN – October 21-22 – “It’s Coming … again!” … Stormie Omartian, author of the bestselling The Power of a Praying series, will be the guest speaker at Enough Grace Ministries Ladies’ Retreat 2016. Her series, including books such as: THE POWER OF A PRAYING WIFE, THE POWER OF A PRAYING HUSBAND, THE POWER OF A PRAYING PARENT, THE POWER OF PRAYING FOR YOUR ADULT CHILDREN, and JUST ENOUGH LIGHT FOR THE STEP I’M ON, have sold more than 34 million books worldwide.
THE POWER OF A PRAYING WIFE broke a 21-year industry record by claiming the number one spot on the Christian Booksellers bestsellers list for 27 consecutive months. Stormie and her husband Michael have been married for over 42 years and have two married children and two granddaughters.
Candise Farmer, founder of Enough Grace Ministries, said, “In 2014, God led Enough Grace Ministries to host its first overnight ladies’ event, and the weekend was absolutely glorious! A passionate team of 24 women, mostly from the Paris area, met for over a year in preparation and prayer, and then on October 24-25, over 400 women from 7 states, Puerto Rico, and the Congo gathered seeking ‘Rest For Their Souls.’ God did a wondrous work among us, and after much prayer, EGM is believing it is time for its second Rest For The Soul Ladies’ Retreat.” Enough Grace Ministries exists to encourage people from all walks of life with the Word of God and the hope that is found in Christ Jesus.

The retreat will be open to ladies of all ages, including young girls from ages 13 and up. Becky Salinas, a dynamic student ministry leader from Cochabamba, Bolivia, will lead a special mini-conference for girls. Salinas is the founder of R.O.C. (Revival on Campus), a campus prayer ministry that challenges students to pray for their fellow students, teachers, and administrators.
Paris-native Betsy Craig Caswell will be returning to lead in Praise and Worship. “God used Betsy mightily in 2014, and we can’t wait for her to join us again!” Farmer added.
In a recent interview Farmer stated, “Christian values are being challenged like never before, and there is an urgent need for all Christ-followers to stand up for Godly principles and engage in spreading the Gospel.
